Check our website for the announcement of the current year's project. Click the project Registration link and follow the instructions. Once a project has been chosen, the leadership team works with hotels, motels and RV Parks to block off rooms for our group, then provides this information on the website.
Each person provides his own transportation, accommodations and some meals. The KITCHEN CREW provides the noon and evening meals during the 5 days of the main work week. Meal costs are offset by the registration donation.
If working on the jobsite, please bring basic equipment, mainly a hammer and tool pouch. If you are skilled in a particular area, (electrical, plumbing, sheet rocking, or roofing) please contact Russell Gill and let him know. Be sure and label each tool so that you can return home with all of them!
You do not need specific skills to participate. We only have a few "skilled" carpenters who lead us, the rest are school teachers, coaches, retired oil company workers, EMTs, nurses, lawyers, preachers, small business owners, bankers, welders, mechanics, truck drivers. You may also work with the Kitchen Crew providing meals for the week.
We also need Prayer Warriors! Pray for leadership, safety, finances and guidance.
