These are only guidelines. They are not "set in stone". We will not turn you down just because you don't fit into one or more particular guideline. If you don't fit into several of the guidelines, it doesn't mean that we won't consider you, but it could be the deciding factor between several projects. Many projects didn't fit our "mold" but God chose for us to do that project.

We Prefer That You as a Church:

• Be a constituted Baptist Church, not over 10 years old
• Not own a building
• Have land purchased and paid for
• Have preliminary drawings and accompany the application
• Have financing arranged, at least verbally
• Not be able to build unless a group such as our helps you
• Have 100 or fewer members
• Have less than $200,000. on hand

We Prefer that the Project:

• Be single story building between 4000 and 10,000 sq. ft

• Have roof pitch 6/12 or less

• Have trusses not over 50 ft. long

• Not have sloped floors

• Have composition roofing. Metal roof is too dangerous

• Walls be 10' or less

• Studs be wood, not metal

• Steeples/cupolas are pre-fabricated

• Slab floor or floor above the basement be already finished before project date
